CIERA supports a wide range of interdisciplinary projects focused on research, education, and public outreach in Astrophysics. Projects couple astronomy and astrophysics analysis with other disciplines: computer science, applied math, planetary sciences, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, science education, journalism, video, and the performing arts.

Undergraduates can be engaged in different aspects of these interdisciplinary activities, as research assistants or interns.
